The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities.. walkable to many restaurants, shopping, cafe and tourist attractions..easy location to get to the airport…I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. Super little find , tucked away in a little arcade . Only 5 minute walk from the doumo . Super clean , modern room and lovely modern bathroom Perfect for a few days stay . Will defiantly recommend it and will use again when back in Milano

We had trouble finding the hotel and had to call for more details on how to get inside the building to the 2nd floor. Once there we were able to check in early which was great. The staff was very helpful and called taxi’s for us on two occasions. The room was nice, clean and located a short walk from the Duomo.

Good location but how it can be described as a hotel is beyond me. It’s difficult to find, no signage outside and located within a shopping area. Basically one long corridor with rooms off it each side. No other facilities. Small reception desk, empty most of the time. One of the most bizarre places I have ever stayed. More like a hostel changed to individual rooms, but zero communal spaces and zero facilities. So strange

Property is an average, nothing extraordinary, shower was not working properly, they came an fixed but it should it be done before we arrive. We should expect to have a room ready in every way before we arrived, I don't see any discounts from any hotel when thinks don't work, it only take a moment to check the room to make sure everything is working.
