The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet just a short walk from Central Station, the departure and arrival point for numerous public transportation options connecting to Milan’s main attractions, airports, and other Italian cities.

The apartment consists of:



- KITCHEN AREA equipped with a dining table for 4–6 people, a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a convection oven. Laundry area with a washer and dryer.

- LIVING AREA: living room with a double sofa bed and access to a small balcony.

-Large closet in the hallway.

- BEDROOM with a double bed and closet, TV, and en suite bathroom with shower and bidet;

- SECOND BATHROOM adjacent to the living room with shower and bidet.



Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, coat rack, hair dryer, electric kettle, moka pot, and a split A/C unit for each room.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, €15 will be charged for each set of linens used.
