Just a short walk from Corso Buenos Aires, the famous shopping street, the M1 Porta Venezia metro stop, and the railway bypass, the apartment is located in a highly sought-after area of the city!

The Palestro Gardens, the Museum of Science and Technology, and the Planetarium are all nearby attractions!



The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed, SMART TV, a table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, and a small coffee table with a stool;

- KITCHEN in the entryway area with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and a 4-burner cooktop with an electric kettle and moka pot available;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, large closet, nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, toilet, bidet, and sink;

Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent underfloor heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit in the living room), fan, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, and iron.
