Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Place was dirty when we arrived. Probably it was used for some party, as everything smelled like cigarettes. Location of the apartment is very good, area seems safe. Kit with detergent, sponge and dish soap was very helpful.

Horrible check in, by 3pm no check in information, we sent whatsapp, email and called for help and finally managed to check in at 3.30pm but accommodation was not ready it was missing sheets and cribs. Communication was frustrating and service rude and slow. Accommodation was ready at 6pm. The provider refused to compensate. Accommodation itself was good, near metro, restaurants, grocery and playground. Had stairs.
