Worse hotel I ever stayed

Very old and dirty room, bed was not comfortable. The window in the bathroom was broken and didn’t close. The shower water was cold for 2 days. Breakfast was very poor I don’t understand how this hotel can be rated 4 stars Not recommended at all

Budget Milan at 4 star prices

Not the most up to date hotel. Very basic. Rooms reasonably big but no fridge and no tea/coffee making facilities. Phone didn’t work for the whole stay. Breakfast was ok, it was enough to get your day started. On the brighter side staff were helpful to a degree but very friendly all the same. Definitely not the 4 star this is advertised as, at the very most a 2 star but still at 4 star price. It was close to the metro which made access to the city and to Monza for the F1 and all other local transport routes easy.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There is no drinking water or even a glass in the room. If you put their breakfast in front of a cow, it won't eat it. I didn't like it at all. Even 3-star hotels in Turkey are more comfortable.

Dirty, Broken Facilities, and Unreliable Service

This hotel is listed as a 4-star, but it definitely doesn’t deserve that rating. There was dust everywhere, the shower had no door, and the showerhead was broken. Towels were not replaced daily even though I stayed for five nights. I reported all these issues to the reception, but the staff member in charge lied to me. Moreover, the photos on the website are outdated. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité d’une station de métro. Malheureusement, cette dernière est en travaux jusqu’au 13 septembre 2026, ce qui impose de marcher environ 10 minutes pour rejoindre la station suivante.le petit déjeuné correct En revanche, l’établissement nécessite un sérieux rafraîchissement. Si la chambre est correcte dans son ensemble, la salle de bain est dans un état dégradé et mériterait une rénovation complète. Le plafond présente des traces d’humidité, les toilettes coulaient en permanence, la porte-fenêtre de la salle de bain avait été rafistolée, et il manquait une porte de douche. De plus, la télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Au regard de ces nombreux dysfonctionnements, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant. C’est regrettable, car avec quelques travaux et un meilleur entretien, cet hôtel pourrait offrir une expérience bien plus agréable.

La struttura si è rivelata ben al di sotto delle aspettative. La camera era buia e poco accogliente, con bagno e doccia datati e visibilmente rattoppati; anche i soffitti presentavano evidenti segni di umidità e scrostature. Il riscaldamento era insufficiente e non regolabile, essendo affidato a vecchi termosifoni anziché a un sistema di climatizzazione: nonostante il piumone, durante la notte ho sentito freddo. Inoltre, l’insonorizzazione era scarsa a causa dei serramenti vecchi, rendendo la stanza rumorosa. Nell’armadio erano disponibili soltanto quattro grucce in fil di ferro, tipo tintoria, e nemmeno dopo averne richieste altre ne sono state fornite. Anche la colazione è risultata deludente, con poca scelta e prodotti di qualità mediocre. L’unico aspetto positivo della struttura è la comodità della posizione, vicina alla stazione della metropolitana.
