We absolutely loved the condo. Incredible location close to the Duomo and very cozy inside. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and very kind. We will be back & highly recommend it to anyone looking!

We travelled with our two teenagers, the property was spacious and local to all the attractions. We were happy with the overall experience of our stay. The only negative would be, due to it being so central, that it was a little noisy with local trams and roads - but there were earplugs provided by the management team. But overall a positive experience.

Milano Magic!

We absolutely loved our stay here – one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Duomo and within easy walking distance to all major sites, shops, and cafes. The building itself is beautiful – a perfect blend of vintage marble elegance with modern touches. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The managers were very kind and responsive. Overall, just a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan.

The amenities in the apartment were great. 2 outdoor, covered dining spaces, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine and everything needed to cook a meal. Spacious rooms were a big plus when traveling with kids. Host was super responsive.

Great location!

The location was great. Just 4 minutes walk from the duomo, lots of restaurants & shops. There is also a convenience store just across the apartment. It was just a bit warm during some parts of the day and air conditioning could not be turned on till end of April which was according to Milan law as we were told. As we stayed in March, that was a bit of a bummer. But the staff was kind enough to send two fans to the apartment. There was also some noise from the street as mass transit was nearby. If you’re not a light sleeper, it’s fine. But the apartment was large and comfortable and the service from the staff was great. I would stay here again!

It’s so close to the Duomo, it unbelievable. Apartment was fabulous, well furnished and kept. Very spacious and comfortable. Close by restaurants, especially Kindii Baan Thai is amazing. The communication annd service from the heart folks was amazing. Responded on WhatsApp within 5 minutes. Everything was so easy and smooth and stress free. Loved it. We will be back!

Convenient Milan apartment

The location was excellent, less than a 10 minute walk to the metro, Milan Duomo and Shops. The communication through WhatsApp was awesome! They checked in with me a lot and were really helpful offering assistance because I had a lost bag (British Airways fault). Note that you do have to check in with them and then taxi over to the actual building, which was an additional cost I wasn’t expecting. When we first got to the room, we had an issue with a broken handle on the living room window, but the company resolved the issue that afternoon, and the technician helped us to open the windows, which were blocked for some reason. He was great! The only complaint we had was construction going on the bottom floor of the building and the workers started very in the morning, except on Sunday morning when we were leaving, of course! There’s also a convenient little market across the street and a few restaurants, in the same neighborhood which we took advantage of! This apartment had a washing machine in the bathroom, which was also convenient. No dryer though. You have to air dry your clothes.

The Heart Milan Apartments - Duomo District was exactly what we were looking for for our vacation in Milan. The entire team was very proactive with their communication before and during the stay. Thankfully for our family of four, there were three bedrooms in the apartment, along with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The apartment was conveniently located right near the Duomo district at the edge of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele shopping district. It was super convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores etc. I highly recommend checking out the properties that the Heart Milan team has to offer. We will happily stay with them again if we are in the Milan area

Fantastic Property!!! We booked through Expedia and they gave us wrong address. Milan apartments team was quick to respond and help us to the property. Recommend communicating through Whats App. Agent showed us how to use property. Wonderful space. Extremely clean. Our family of 4 really enjoyed. We were in Milan for 2 evenings. Close walk to everything. Perfect space to relax after a long day walking around city. Apt Piazza San Babila 4/D
