The property is located in the Porta Romana neighborhood, just a short walk from the M3 metro stop, in an area with plenty of amenities and excellent connections to the city center. Attractions such as the Prada Foundation and the wonderful Carcano Theater are just a few minutes away.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, dresser, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning (vents in the bedroom and living room), independent heating, washing machine, first-aid kit, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

- The building does NOT have an elevator; therefore, guests will need to climb stairs to access the apartment.

- The fireplace is a decorative feature and CANNOT be used.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
