This was the absolute worse rental experience we have ever had. Amenities listed were not accurate and we had to buy much of our own. We got 2 small rolls of toilet paper and 2 bath towels for the 5day/4night which we had to keep washing but the dryer did not work at all. No laundry detergent even though I messaged ahead of time and was told there would be some. No dishwasher soap, no paper towels or tissues, no bed sheets for the sofa bed. Only hot water for one person, then next person takes a cold shower or wait an hour. The pillows had a lot of stains on them. The sofa bed had a nail in it which my husband pulled out. The internet also does not work! The unit backs a street where the cable bus runs 24/7 and it’s extremely loud the entire night. It was impossible to for us to sleep through it.The worse part was the lack of communication.I reached out ahead of time and was told Fary would be at the unit to meet us and let us in. The only email I received day of check in was to pay for the tourist tax. Nobody met us. I wasted over an hour calling, messaging, emailing the host and Fary and was finally let in by a random housekeeper who worked in the unit and felt bad for us. Our 1st day there they kept emailing and messaging us about the tourist tax and said we’d get fined if we didn’t register and pay right away. Host did not respond to requests for bed sheets, supplies, or fix anything! No communication or regard for our needs during the stay.
