Good apartments in Milan

Clean, comfortable room. Though the room was small and in what felt like a basement or definitely slightly below the ground, so it felt a bit dark and compressed. We were only staying for one night though so not too much of a problem. The bed though was so comfortable and the bathroom good. We didn’t eat breakfast with the hotel but there was lots of good cafes and bakery’s near by. Also close to Missori metro and about 12 mins walk to Duomo square.

We did not have any breakfast. The location was great. The bed and bed sheets and pillows were one of the best I have used. The only complaint was a little old and you can hear everything.

Communication with staff is all through What's App, and it was very responsive. Our rate did not include breakfast. There is a policy that does not permit rolling of large luggage so building residents are not disturbed. This was a pain with our heavy bags. Bathroom fan is on a motion sensor, and the door needs to be shut or it will run all night. On a positive note, room was clean and spacious, nice TV, market and coffee shop next door. Easy walk to Duomo.

This was actually not a hotel AT ALL. It was an office that was only open from 2 PM-9PM each day. Then, the staff member (who was often absent) would lead you to ANOTHER property and 'check you into' a room. All in all I felt like this whole place was a scam; nobody to ask about the city, how to get around, etc. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

We were pleasantly surprised with the elegance of the room, with either real marble or very close faux marble floors, workable window shutters that add charm, and everything we needed. There is no front desk for concierge help, but every time I needed something, I could message through What’s App and got answers.

They are small rooms in an apartment complex, not a hotel. For some reason closed on Saturday, Maurizio was kind enough to come and check us in. It was difficult to find, but a good location with a market/cafe across the street. They advertise a courtyard as an amenity, but you have to keep quiet and you are not allowed to use the courtyard to sit outdoors if you want to enjoy a little fresh air with coffee or wine after a day of touring and dinner. That was the only real disappointment. It is a beautiful old building newly renovated. The rooms are small, but comfortable with Beautiful large windows, but glazed over so you do not have a view.

My husband and I were traveling with another couple and booked this hotel. The pictures are very deceiving. We were made to pick up our suitcases in order to avoid them rolling in the courtyard. Per the desk clerk we were in a residential building and needed to be quiet. Our friends were sitting quietly in the courtyard well before “quiet hours” and were asked to leave and go to our room. The room itself immediately smelled of mold. The condition of the room left us feeling unwell and unsafe. After 15 minutes of being inside the room I began to experience nausea and a headache from what I can only assume was the over powering smell of mold. We immediately contacted the booking agency and were told the property refused a refund and were unable to accommodate a new room. We immediately booked another local hotel and left the property without staying for our reservation. The customer service is terrible and the rooms are a health hazard. We were also told this property will hold luggage. When asked about this service at check in we were told they do but only limited hours. Overall, very dissatisfied and would never recommend to my worst enemy.

This room was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The decor and ambiance was amazing. It was also so clean with a very comfortable bed and nice bedding. It was quiet and in a beautiful courtyard. It was minutes away walking from all the major sights. Parking was offsite but quite close and convenient. I would 10/10 recommend
