We only stayed overnight as it’s very close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious.

The hotel itself was amazing, and the receptionist was absolutely professional and kind. Many thanks to him for the room upgrade. The only downside is that the area around the hotel doesn’t feel very safe, as it’s just a few steps from Milano Centrale.

Nice property. Good hop off for Milan central station. Nice breakfast. Staff were decent. One slightly odd thing was we arrived late and just asked the male receptionist if there was a supermarket close that we could just get a snack. He said all were closed but told us about only one bar open in the area and gave us the name. Well of course there were lots of supermarkets still open so that was a little naughty.

Handy location if you are using Milan Centrale station as your travel hub. It’s a fair walk into the centre (Duomo). Lots of the pavements were dug io when we visited so it’s not easy to get about towing a suitcase. Nice staff, decent enough rooms and a good breakfast.

Lovely hotel

Lovely grand old hotel. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure in shower. Had a nightcap in the beautiful relaxing bar. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Every member of staff we encountered were polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We were only there one night but actually plan to return in a few days for another night before we leave Italy.

Stayed three nights. Comfortable beds and brilliant shower (water pressure). Easy walk to central train station, metro and tram. Breakfast is simple but can fill you up. Staff at reception do their jobs well.
