The staff was extremely kind and helpful. they allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier. We checked out at 5 am, and they packed our breakfast. They always kindly gave us directions to where we wanted to go.

Loved the style of the hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good ( not a huge variety though, and more fresh fruit would have been nice). Restaurant for dinner was nice and the staff great but, again, a few more options would be good. We got the feeling that the hotel may have been geared a little towards business people who only stay a night or two. Our stay was 7 nights, hence the food variety comments. Housekeeping was ok, however items used were not replaced, other than linen. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
