The property boasts a strategic location in the heart of Milan, just a short walk from the historic center; the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie is only an 11-minute walk away. The neighborhood is well-connected by public transportation, and the tram and M1 (Red) metro stops are just a few minutes away.

The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, sofa, dining table, Smart TV, air conditioning vent, and access to the terrace;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, air conditioning vent, and access to the terrace;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- COVERED TERRACE, furnished with an awning.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (one vent in the living room and one in the bedroom), central heating, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: To reach the apartment, you must cross the courtyard; it is at the far left. Take the elevator on the right to the fifth floor, open the door on the right (watch out for a step), and walk along the balcony. The apartment’s front door is the first one on the right.

The elevator is NOT accessible to people with disabilities. Please note that there are a few steps in the building’s entrance hall leading to the elevator.

The balcony is a common area shared with other residents.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
