The property is located just a 7-minute drive from Niguarda Hospital, a 9-minute walk from the DERGANO station on the M3 (Yellow Line), and a 15-minute walk from the Milan Polytechnic School of Design – Bovisa. A neighborhood bustling with young people and students during the day, it is quieter in the evening and well-served by supermarkets.



The space

The 52-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to people with disabilities).



The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, and split-system A/C;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and split-system A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, and iron.



PLEASE NOTE: Due to a malfunction, the elevator is currently out of service.

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
