I couldn't recommend this apartment more as it fit our needs perfectly during our trip. It's in a good area that has a buzz, but wasn't super busy and noisy. The only downside was the current roadworks for introducing the trams outside, but that's entirely out of their control - the windows were good enough to block out a good amount of the noise when closed anyway. It's also easy to travel around as the public transport nearby was great - just a few minutes walk to the closest tram stop, and about a 10 minute walk to Milano Porta Garibaldi. The main thing that stood out to me was how helpful the property were for helping! They responded to messages quickly, and nothing was too much of an ask. They even booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying again if we returned to Milan.

No washing machine even it was stated that there's one on website. Couldn’t use the sofa bed since it was broken. No cutting board, no cooking knives, no mugs for tea, no kitchen towels which made cooking difficult. Great location & clean apartment.

I booked a comfort apartment, and overall had a good stay. It was very clean, and the overall check-in experience was simple, helped greatly by the instructions sent beforehand by the Innstay team. Note, you’ll need a data connection to open the building door. The apartment is in a great location, most landmarks within walking distance, and loads of cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk away. Apart from some very noisy tram and building works, I had a good stay and would recommend it!
