Decent apartment overall, lots of smaller issue, like clogged water drains, shower cabin leaking water on the floor, by the looks of it it has been an issue for a long while. It's obvious residents were smoking in the apartment,it smells. Not a cozy stay, crazy noisy major street next to it, but decent sound proof windows. Really mixed bag place
