Superb holiday villa set in a quiet cul de sac in a residential area yet only a few minutes’ drive to the beach and amenities of La Cala de Mijas. Set within 800 M2 of private level garden the villa offers 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The garage to the villa Is 40 M2 and has a dart table, bar, stools and television and includes a wine cellar.
Stairs lead up to the villa itself which has a split level lounge/diner which is light and modern and comfortably furnished. Patio doors lead out onto the garden.
The kitchen is spacious and modern and is well equipped with high end Siemens appliances including coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and double ovens. There is a separate washing machine and dryer in the utility room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the Master with a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a second bedroom with a double bed whilst the third has twin beds.
On the first floor there is a small gym area.
The villa has a kidney shaped pool set in gardens and various terraces and sunbathing areas to enjoy the sun. The pergola area has an exterior dining table and chairs. There is an outside shower close to the pool and a gas BBQ.
In addition to dual air conditioning for the cooler winter months there are heating panels and a gas fireplace in the lounge. Wi fi and English channel television is available.
