The cozy bedroom overlooks a courtyard and offers a spacious wardrobe along with a comfortable queen-size bed for restful nights. The bright living area includes a sofa bed and a dining space for up to four guests—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.



A scenic 18-minute walk takes you to Le Charcón Beach, where you can enjoy everything from beachfront dining and refreshing drinks to sun loungers, water sports, and even massages.



Just below the apartment, you’ll find an exclusive pool area accessible only to select residences via private key. It features a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, complimentary sun loungers, and showers.



Convenience is at your doorstep, with a minimarket, restaurants, and a taxi stand all within walking distance. Free street parking is also readily available just below the apartment.

The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to get you started, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!



Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

Set within the peaceful urbanización Las Colinas, the neighborhood offers a quiet and safe atmosphere while still being close to everything you need. Beautiful beaches, cozy restaurants, beach bars (chiringuitos), and local shops are all just a short walk or drive away.



You’re also perfectly positioned to explore the Costa del Sol, with La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, and Marbella all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

• 🚶‍♂️ Walking – Enjoy a pleasant walk to nearby beaches, restaurants, and beach bars (chiringuitos). Le Charcón Beach is about 15–20 minutes on foot.



• 🚕 Taxi – A taxi stand is within walking distance, making it easy to get around without a car.



• 🚌 Public Transport – Local buses connect you to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, and other coastal towns.



• 🚗 Car – Having a car is recommended if you’d like to explore more of the Costa del Sol. Free street parking is available just below the apartment.



• ✈️ Airport Access – Málaga Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.
