This is your opportunity to stay just a few metres from the beach and La Cala de Mijas. This studio has been prepared
with a lot of love and attention to detail, with artistic and modern touches, it is comfortable, spacious and bright.
It is located in the urbanization Alcantara, with communal pool, garden, easy access to the beach and all amenities.
It is a studio with double bed and sofa bed. It has a dining and working area, smart TV mounted on a movable arm to
give more flexibility of positioning, it has a very well equipped kitchen and shower room with washing machine.
There is a grassed area for relaxing, from here you can see a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea and from the front
patio there is afternoon sun for relaxing afternoons.
The communal pool is steps away from the apartment, offers a lawn area and the apartment is equipped with two sun chairs which can be used on the patio or by the pool.
Prepared for self catering stay, the kitchen has:

- freezer
- capsule coffee machine
- toaster
- microwave oven
- and everything you need to cook to be at home.
