Summary:

Welcome to this lovely beachfront apartment with pool in El Faro, between Fuengirola and Marbella on the Costa del Sol.

El Faro is a quiet area close to golf, nature, the beach and major cities such as Fuengirola and Marbella. There are several restaurants and beach bars with sunbeds within walking distance, there are also smaller supermarkets nearby where you can shop for the essentials.



The Space:

A short drive away is the Miramar shopping center where you have a larger grocery store such as Carrefour, shopping among 200 stores, cinema and a go-kart track on the roof.

Closer to La Cala de Mijas, 3 minute drive, are Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the nearest restaurants, it takes about 20 minutes from the airport to the apartment.

There is also a garage space that belongs to the home.

When you enter the apartment you are greeted by a modern and stylishly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and oven, spacious fridge and freezer, breakfast counter and everything you need for to cook on holiday.

Further into the apartment you have a comfortable sofa that can be used as an extra bed and armchair in front of a large smart TV with a wide range of international channels. From the living room you come out to the lovely south facing terrace with sea views, here you have a nice lounge group, dining table and sun loungers and morning sun.

Further into the apartment you have 2 bedrooms, with double beds (can be separated) in each bedroom, masterbedroom has its own bathroom and its own access to the terrace. There is another bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, high speed WIFI, free parking, 2 seasonal pools, one of them is a kids pool surrounded with beautiful landscaped tropical gardens and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
