Our cozy 22 m² studio apartment is located on the top floor and offers views of a typical Andalusian street. You will find a 1.35 m x 1.90 m double bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom with a separate shower, and a washbasin located outside the bathroom, incorporated into the common area for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room, where there is a 1.06 m x 1.80 m sofa bed, suitable for up to two slim or medium-built children with a height of approximately 1.50 m, to ensure their comfort. The sofa bed is not recommended for two adults or older children. The apartment features a dining table with a diameter of 0.80 m for four people, air conditioning (hot/cold), washing machine, 100-liter water heater, television, and internet. High-quality double-glazed doors ensure peace and quiet for a good rest.



On the rooftop of the building (second floor), you can access a shared outdoor terrace, available to guests only from October to May, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., following the usage rules which will be indicated before your arrival.



The nearest golf club is 650 meters away, while other golf courses are 3.2 km and 3.7 km away respectively.
