This rental was quite a find! I had several questions before our stay, and Woods was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. We had a group of 4 adult females from 54-80 years old. The rental is quite large, which you can't easily see from the photos. It's a splendid space to enjoy and spread out. The grounds are gorgeous and back up to the racing grounds... we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a race going on, right from the fence at the edge of the property! When I say this rental is well-stocked, it's an understatement! Woods has got towels, bedding and pillows, cleaning supplies, tissue and tp galore. The kitchen is more than well-appointed; you will not want for much of anything during your stay. He even offered (and we took him up on it) some farm fresh eggs. There is a lovely, larger property right next door, also for rent. It took us less than 5 minutes to arrive into town, so it was a perfect location. I can't say enough about this beautiful place and accommodating host. I recommend without hesitation.
