No housekeeping, 3 days. Never changed sheets, had to ask 4 towels. Laundry facilities out of order. Employee was rude. Tub stopper didnt work, outlet 4 coffee maker not working. The bed was comfortable enough, and I liked the rooms size and layout.

The room was clean. The remote worked. I have worked in a hotel. You get a clean room, front desk staff that are kind and respectful. Due to situations beyond my control, i stay in hotel rooms a lot. Clean sheets, tv channels and a remote that actually changes the channel and turns the volume up down

Was assigned a room that someone else was in. The lock on the new room was hard to use and was door was not secure. Stains on carpet and bedding, bathroom had hair on the floor and when bathtub was first turned on sediment came out.

I have been coming to this property on and off for at least 3 years, depending on my work schedule/traveling demands, but I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and after a long day at work....I need a friendly, welcoming face. Nice clean room, and a hot shower, before I have to hit the road the next day, and do it all over. The simple things Do Matter!
