Terrible staff, it appears everyone dislikes working there. All but one friendly staff member. Starting with reception to the bartender at the lobby just plain horrible most rude experience. If I could zero stars. Beds are terrible the floor is better, the pool is dingy. Every time I asked for anything I got attitude and an unpleasant response.

The hotel was just what we were looking for: walkable to the places we needed to be for business matter. The room was smaller than expected for 4, but was ok for just one night. The pool was a nice place to enjoy & relax. However,the lady at the bar should not tell guest that the " service charge" included in the bill is not the "tip",than what else is/ was the service charge? We did not leave any extra as she expected because the drinks were already expensive enough. Other than that,our stay was good.

We arrived around 9:30 AM and we were aware that our check-in was not until 3 PM. However we booked this hotel a month in advance and we were receiving notifications that the room was ready prior to getting to Miami once we arrive. We let the staff know that we flew in early and if our room was ready because we were receiving text messages and they told us no. We waited in the lobby for over four hours, and they were upset because my two minors begin to fall asleep on their sofa however, I told them that we’ve been traveling all morning and they told us they did not have a room available however after waiting 4 1/2 hours on their sofas in the main lobby, the supervisor came up and gave us a room. The room was filthy. The walls were dirty Blankets were dirty and we did complain, but all they did was just advise us that we were only staying for one night, which was terrible service. I would never in my life. Recommend this hotel ever again even though it was walking distance to everything. The service was definitely terrible and very overpriced

The location is fantastic. Walking distance from Bayside. I was taken back by the Murphy beds but it grew on me. The kitchenette and bathroom were spacious and nicely maintained. Overall experience was great.

Really disappointed with our experience at YotelPad. The location was excellent, and overall the room was fine, it was the customer service, attitude and communication that was very lacklustre. On arrival (after a midnight flight from Miami) we were told that early check in would cost extra $55, in my opinion, this is a money grab. We had 3 major issues 1. Once in the room, the murphy bed hadn't been set up, we had to do that ourselves. 2. The kettle didn't work, we went down to the desk 5 times, and they advised they would replace asap. After falling upon deaf ears my husband actually took it to the front desk and sat it there as a reminder. It was many hours and another couple of requests before we got a new kettle. 3. Our room was not serviced on the second day. Again, we contacted them and to no avail. After MANY requests for our room to be serviced, someone knocked on the door with clean towels. No bed made or anything, just a few towels. This is not the experience we paid for. The staff couldn't care at all.
