There is really no place to sit if you are not in your room. The lobby is is a tiny room with one chair. Outside the lobby there is a restaurant. We had time before we were leaving and had to give up our room. It was hot outside and there was no place to sit in comfort. The room is small and minimalist but it was pleasant. and comfortable.

Hotel was within easy access to everything you need for a great stay. South beach, bars & restaurants all in walking distance. Bus stop outside route 100 take's you up and the coast. Hotel room was clean with pool on the roof with great views ( still working on the bar ). All the staff we meet were friendly and helpful. When the bar is finished this hotel will have everything you in one place for a great holiday.
