The apartment was clean, spacious and very nice, the only con would be the elevators our room was about a 5-minute walk to the elevator, we had an elevator right next to us and did not have access to it.

I was overall very pleased with my stay at The Palmer. It had many positive aspects, but there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The most significant issue was the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable and made a lot of noise with even the slightest movement. This became particularly challenging since we had our toddler sleeping with us. Every time we got in or out of bed, the noise would wake her up. In order to get some rest, I ended up doubling the blankets to use as extra padding. For me, the bed was a major drawback and could influence whether or not I choose to stay here again. I've noticed other guests have mentioned similar concerns in their reviews, so it's surprising that the beds haven’t been addressed yet. Additionally, while not a major issue, I was a bit disappointed to find there was no frying pan available in the kitchen. I was hoping to prepare a quick breakfast for my toddler, who wakes up early, but was unable to do so. I also noticed that some of the utensils provided weren’t as clean as expected. Despite these concerns, the overall experience was still positive.

No human communication. When we arrived went to reception and was given decal to put on vehicle. Had to ask where to go. Finally was shown door that leads to elevator to unit. After 2nd day figured out parking was connected to same floor we were staying. Would be nice if this information is shared not have to figure it out. On 5th day, SAT, we went to be with family at the pool table area. There was a TV but remote control in wall did not work. After a little while we were approached by building personnel advising us we could not be in that area because it was only for residence. So we went outside by the swimming pool and had two TVs of which none worked. There was a Football game we were looking forward to seeing but could not because no one could get the wall remote controls to work. The outdoor BBQ worked .
