The staff and management went above and beyond to help us out, I don’t want to go into details but we would have been up a creak, but like I said they flat saved our party of 6, I just want to say thank you for your help and kindness!!!!

Our toilet wouldn't flush properly the entire stay, the last night there while in the shower the toilet ended up overflowing and flooded our entire bathroom. Staff was aware of this issue but didn't offer to fix until midnight when it had flooded the bathroom and my baby was asleep. Also, a heads up before booking, the TVs don't connect to wifi and you can't use the apps on the smart tv. You have limited channel access and that's it. The WiFi also doesn't work after a day or two of being logged on. It kicks you off and will not let you back on. So the last two days of my stay were without wifi and no service in the building. Staff said there's nothing they can do. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was quick to get us what we needed.
