One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Florida! The condo was perfectly clean and well kept. It’s decorated super nicely. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony has an awesome view and was a great space to hangout when it rained for part of our trip. Cesar was communicative and told us everything we needed to know prior to our stay. The resort amenities were also great, staff was friendly and helpful. The appliances ALL worked aside from the microwave, which Cesar has a second one that does work on the countertop. We used the dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven.. no issues.It is worth noting there is a resort fee of 40/day per unit and a parking fee of 35/day that everyone staying at the resort pays. The parking is valet with in and out privileges, which was actually really nice. Items in the unit worth mentioning: nespresso maker & keurig!, 2 Tommy bahama beach chairs and beach umbrella (there is also beach service), Roku on both TVs

The amenities were not working, the dishwasher, oven, microwave all did not work and was not disclosed in the listing. They put in a small toaster oven which didn't have room to cook anything in it and the counter top microwave took up all the counter space, I emailed the host to tell him that the appliances were not working and he said he knew this information and a repair guy was coming in March! Absolutely not good!
