The rooms were old and the bed was too soft. The sheets were scratchy. The breakfast was a joke. It was stale crescents, tiny bagels. The phone didnt work in the first room and it had a wet carpet. Then the second room was facing a wall, and the coffee make didnt work.

Staff was amazing even offering suggested places to park. Continental breakfast was good, coffee was great!! Lobby and halls were clean. Our room had worn out carpet or I would have rated the hotel higher. Great budget friendly hotel in an excellent location.

The room that was given to me was unpleasant. The odor was unbearable and covered up with air freshener spray which made it worst. The bathroom was dirty with the bedding on the bed smelling with a foul odor. The room was not clean making it uncomfortable for a relaxing stay. I did not stay due to them not accommodating another room and the front desk staff was not helpful. I am still waiting for a full refund from this facility. Not recommended at all.

Room was dingy,windows were dirty, overlooked a car park which was constantly noisy.Happy hour was a bonus,received no bottle of wine in room which we did mention at reception and were told not entitled to!,There is no lift at property so had to lift all our luggage up a narrow staircase,so elderly or people who struggle lifting need to avoid this property

The staff were exceptional! We worked with three different people throughout our stay and each of them were so friendly and helpful. So many fun little perks staying here: the wine, breakfast, free waters and coffee, late checkout options. It was great for our needs. The location is in northern beach Miami so it’s not quite as touristy. More remote for sure. But it was a comfortable time! Would recommend.
