Friendly staff, close to many places to purchase food (Publix, liquor store, pharmacy) also close to trolley and public transportation. Bed was super UNCOMFORTABLE & pool never opened but the beach was tranquil and steps away with towels, chairs and small tables. Peaceful time

We stayed here Sept. 6 2025 before our cruise left. It was convenient for that. Hotel was a little dated. The pool is under construction and they never mentioned that on their website. At check in the staff couldnt find my reservation but eventually did. Hotel is right on the beach so that's a plus. Would I stay here before a cruise again yes but I would not make it a vacation hotel especially with the pool not usable.

The hotel was pretty good. Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly the room was clean The view was spectacular. I would recommend this hotel again. The only thing I was a little upset was they never mentioned the pool wasn’t working besides that everything was great.

BEWARE: This was the most horrible stay that I have had through Expedia. We bought snacks to save money but once we came back from the beach, we found ALL of the food we had just bought CRAWLING with bugs. We called the front desk to let them know and they sent someone up to spray Raid WHILE we were IN the room, uh no, we have an asthmatic kiddo and I'm supposed to keep all my belongings in the room to smell like bug bomb? No thanks, we asked if there would be a way to move rooms, nope, not unless we wanted to split our family up on our kiddo's 13th birthday family trip. When we tried to explain to Expedia what was going on, they were extremely rude when I spoke to a manager. Besides the point... anyways, pool was also closed the entire time that we were there (why we booked it) and the beach was disgusting/not taken care of at all. Breakfast is a joke unless you want to spend extra money. Also, all the 'amenities' were broken or very poorly take care of. Also BEWARE NO PARKING on site, but you can park and pay a decently distance for the hotel and walk back. Would not recommend this place, which is disappointing because we were excited to stay here.

Overall, my stay was great, except for the breakfast - but I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're willing to spend a bit extra for a more enjoyable breakfast experience. The staff really stood out; they were super helpful, always looking out for you, and genuinely kind. The hotel offers a reasonable price for the amenities, plus you get a fantastic beach view. Even on nights when we didn't feel like venturing out, there were still plenty of entertainment options - like the pool board and other fun games - so we could chill and have a good time.

There still advertizing the pool which looks like it hasnt been worked on in months. Building looks like it was ni e once, but hasn't been maintained. The breakfast was literally slop. Runny oatmeal or grits. Other than that you have toast and either an orange or bananas. They make you pay for like $10 for an egg omelets or something like $3 for 2 eggs. Pool table is unusable in front lobby. Looks like it was nice once

I want to formally express my dissatisfaction. The pool was unavailable, and no one informed me in advance — not even at check-in. This is unacceptable, as it was one of the main amenities I paid for. In addition, I booked a room with a King bed, but found the floor and bathroom dirty, and the towels were in poor condition. The level of service provided does not match what was promised. I kindly request that you take this complaint into account and offer a solution or compensation.

Impressive but needing improvemnets

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean and the view of the ocean amazing. Staff were friendly. The downside was lack of service I presume due to under-staffing. One evening I went through much difficulties just getting an amazon package that had been recieved by Hotel staff. Only one person at the reception and a very long line. Also when calling the reception desk , because TV not working or a Wifi issue, sometimes they didn't pick up. I don't know if it was just that week on if more staff needs to be hired to alleviate the load. I didn't appreciate finding out one day ahead that renovations to the pool were happening for the next month. However, I appreciated the management taking off the Resort Fee because of it. Thank you.

The lobby is beautiful. Then you get on the elevator. It smelled old and musty. Got to our floor and you could just tell it was old and outdated. There is no microwaves in the rooms. Shower door was very hard to move. And we were never told that the pool was not open. Completely drained and torn apart. The first picture in the hotel website was their beautiful pool. Part of the reason we picked this hotel. Only to get there and see it torn apart. We tried calling the front desk a few times for little things and never could get an answer. I don’t think I would ever choose this hotel again.

Pool was getting redone so was not open, nor had water in it, room had mold, bed was broke, air was broken.. after calling 5x that night with no answer and going to front where nobody was located we had to sleep in a broken bed with no AC as we sweated all night. After around 3 pm the next day is when I got mad and they wanted to refund only 2 nights of my resort fee and switch rooms. Which I was there 3 days and charged everyday for a resort fee with no resort. They also charged me 3 nights the first night for a resort fee but non of my other guest that I had to check in to this hotel had to pay a resort fee. Horrible hotel stay on the other side of Collin’s they will get over so bad with pricing for a molded hotel

Basic stay . Property dated but clean. Breakfast very basic but very plenty of food places and super market within walking distance. Pool was under maintenance which was disappointing as was not aware in advance but luckily the beach is on you door step and sunbeds and towels free if your staying at the hotels. Overall decent stay
