The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived, no problems at all. The A/C did a remarkable job keeping the house comfortable, we pretty much left it at 74 when we were here. Communication with our host was very good.

David was a wonderful host, responsive to our needs and wants. We were close to where my son lives in Palmetto Bay. Proximity to the Everglades National Park and Big Cypress was a plus.
