Very nice location. We had 1bdr apartment with kitchen and it was huge! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a downside: very limited options, no eggs.

Excellent choix dans South beach

Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel. L’hôtel et sa chambre sont propres, la chambre et la salle de bain sont rénovées et décorées avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bien. L’air climatisé fonctionne bien. Nous avons apprécié avoir deux chaises de plage gratuitement via une entente avec un kiosque de chaises de plages, au bout de la 14e rue. La plage est à environ 8 minutes de marche. Il y a une pharmacie à deux minutes de marches et beaucoup de boutiques autour. Dans la chambre il y a un petit frigo, quelques assiettes, verres, ustensiles. Un four à micro-ondes également. Des serviettes de plages sont fournies. Nous avons apprécié qu’il y ait des city bikes juste au coin de la rue. Facile d’utilisation avec une carte de crédit. Nous avons pu faire une belle promenade de vélo le long de la mer, sur une belle piste cyclable, à 3 minutes en vélo. Bref cet hôtel est très agréable, l personnel très attentionné et je reviendrai. Je recommande!

We showed up early and Mike was awesome and super accommodating and friendly! I would ALMOST say the property could use some updating, but I wouldn’t want it to lose its charm either… Either way, the location is great, the staff is AWESOME, and we would definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back!

I chose this property because I was coming in for a short period of time and wanted proximity to the beach and the convenient amenities that came with it like beach towels and chairs. I should have chosen elsewhere. The staff were very kind, knowledgeable and friendly but the accomodation itself was subpar. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious which was nice enough but nothing close to the elegant and "luxe" pictures posted for the booking. The biggest issue was the bathroom - the tiles near the baseboard did not seem clean and the shower was a hazard. Quite literally. There were many tiles that were breaking, if I stepped a certain place the floor would sink, and the door wouldn't shut all the way so the water came out all over the floor. When I showed the staff at the front desk the pictures and video of the shower, they seemed surprised; this made me wonder if any staff had actually been in there to clean the bathroom as there's no way they would have missed that if they had. They also don't offer parking, which I knew ahead of time but thought the pros would outweigh the cons. They did not.
