The unit was not very clean and someone’s old bar of soap was left in the shower which would imply it was not properly cleaned. There were no comforters and only one of the rooms had a small blank that smelled like butt so I can’t tell it had not been washed. There were only 4 large towels and no face towels. The refrigerator was dirty. There were cigarette burns all over the nightstands. The furniture was beat up. There were always people hanging outside smoking and there were a couple times a film crew with multiple people entered a room. Not really clear what was going on, but it was giving “adult film”. I would not recommend this place and the descriptions are misleading. Very dirty place. In a good area despite the other stuff.

The areas on the rise so you have to be reasonable on it. However the apartment was newly renovated and man was i impressed. The floor had me wanting to redo my tile in my house upon return.

Save the money. Bathrooms had mold, smoke detectors missing, smelled like smoke HEAVILY, some may be renovated but maybe not the rooms we were in. No elavator, so it was hard to walked up to the third level with kids and a bunch of luggages. Some what clean though since there were no visible bugs.

This was a great pre.cruise spot to stay. Easy access to Port Miami from this location. Nice to have some extra room before going to a cruise room.

Great first impression

Oh, wow! was one comment as we walked in the door. The unit is clean and looks great. Checkin was difficult. An email was supposed to arrive with info but didn’t until I called. The person on the phone was very helpful but spoke with a heavy accent. The kitchen supplies, cups, plates, etc, were very limited. Although clean, we did see a couple of roaches.

Great place

Over the past month, I have spent a total 2 weeks on this property and will definitely stay here again when I am back in a Miami. The apartment is clean and management is easy to find, easy to communicate with. The parking is convenient too, especially for a work van.
