Boutique hotel that has appeal and is very clean with great location and great staff. Issues are that: 1) bed wasn’t very comfortable: 2) no gym; and 3) incredibly noisy in the morning as there was walking, moving furniture…etc in that apartment right above us. Maybe the staff was cleaning that room. Also tried their restaurant for late afternoon snack. Again, very polite and efficient staff but the charcuterie board was disappointing, and not up to standard for such a place and price. Would consider other options next time.

The basic queen room is tiny. Sheets are scratchy and towels were as well. Elevator dings and you can hear it at the end of the hallway and in your room. Hallways are loud and nothing to absorb sound so you hear everything in your room.

This was quite an unexpected little gem! Oscar was so incredibly nice and each day seemed to almost look for us coming off the elevator to suggest things to do in the area. He gave us recommendations on shopping and where to eat, which did not disappoint! The Mojitos that we got for free happy hour were absolutely amazing! We will definitely stay here again! Oh, and the speakeasy upstairs super cute!

This place is great. The staff is absolutely incredible and super attentive. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of all the fun across the street from the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel

We had a nice stay in the Pelican Hotel. Staff members were great and very helpful! The rooms are not high class but clean. We had to change the room because the first one was too loud for us due to a big machine outside. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the breakfast. We paid a lot for the included breakfast but we had to explain it to the staff every morning. This was exhausting. Also looking at the breakfast prices we could just pay at place and we would have more options and good coffee… In my opinion, the price for the hotel was too high for the offer. You could finde better ones at south beach.
