I mistakingly booked for the wrong day but they got me into a spot with no problem. The apartment was very clean and I had no issues. The building had renovations being done but everything still operated smooth. Kids loved the pool and beach access, free valet parking was also nice.

Room was not clean. Towels and bedding were dirty, shower wasn’t clean. There were roaches crawling around. Disgusting! The building wasn’t bad neither the view. It’s just not a clean place stay. It was my first experience in Miami. This place definitely didn’t make it look good.

The room was dirty- a previous guest had left dirty underwear on a plant in the room and the property would not clean it up. The communication with the host was non existent and the actual property staff could not even help. We ended up leaving early as the property just was not good.

There was no service in our room, the WiFi didn’t work, and there was very little communication from the host throughout our stay. My kids were extremely frustrated. There also were not enough towels and washcloths provided for our group. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The room was nothing like the photos the kitchen was 3 ft there was a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. The linoleum around the sink was peeling off. The porcelain in the tub was chipping no stopper for tub. There was poop in in stairwell for 3 days. We asked for soap in the bathroom by the pool for 4 days. No hottub. They humiliated my friend when she was waiting for the rest of us to get there. The valets were the only good part.

I had been more than 7 times in this hotel This time was very unpleasant the security personal at the pool was treating everybody that we felt we were in jail. Every 30 mts she ask dle our bracelets one time she qomw up ny sister that was laylng in the chair to check her bracelet. We staywd 3 days and even today she was asking for the bracelet again And again. The whole guess were so mad at her. This need to be fixed ASAP. WE WERE RENTING 4 rooms. But is this doesnt change the hotel will lost guess more and more. I will no recommend no one to go there
