This home is located on a beautiful beach lake-front with sunsets in the backyard each evening. Go kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing and swimming from your own private sandy beach with palm trees and lounge chairs. Easy access to everything in Miami from this centrally located place. Vacation in your own private tropical paradise with olive, mango & avocado trees in your backyard.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The dining room seats 10 people at a huge, circular round table. An additional dining table in a room that overlooks the lake, which seats 7 people, as well as a large sectional couch and two lounge chairs. The front sitting room has a couch and two lounge chairs. There are three overly large bedrooms, which sleep a total of 9 people with 5 beds and a pull out couch. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the other was a standup shower. We have a screened in porch with a barbecue and an outdoor table that seats 4 people.
