This is a beautiful condo well located within a short walk or ride-share from many things to see and do in Miami. The place was ready and clean when we arrived. Check-in was as quick as it could be with 5 people.Communication with the property manager was a little slow. I had to ping about 3 times to get the WiFi password. The response was just a copy/paste of property information that I can only assume I was supposed to receive before/at check-in.The property could use a little maintenance. There was a cabinet door practically falling off the hinges. Looking at the blown out screw holes in the wood, this had been there a while so we didn't bother to report it.It would have been nice to have had at least a roll of paper towels. All we were provided for the kitchen was 1 dish cloth. Not even a dish towel.To that, it is a lovely place in a great location and I'd stay here again.

Beautiful property

Our 6 days were great. Esra lives across the street and between her and Esma we had help with anything we needed. They want renters to have a good experience. When the thermostat didn’t work she came over immediately and then sent a repair person to fix it. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown with a Free parking space, gym and pool. Midtown is convenient to restaurants, coffee and everything nearby. My daughter just moved to Wynwood and we could walk there. We will be back! Thank you!

Das Apartment ist eigentlich Weltklasse. Aber die Bilder sind schon recht alt und der Zustand ist schlecht. Es war verdreckt und stark runtergekommen; Möbel waren kaputt, Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war insgesamt sehr seltsam; man verlangte von uns auf die Reinigung und den Hausmeister zu warten damit sie die Fehler korrigieren konnten; allerdings war es unser Urlaub; als wir dann nicht vor Ort waren, wurde uns dies vorgeworfen und wir wurden mit der Dokumentation, dass es Videobeweise geben würde, konfrontiert; irgendwann platzte mir der Kragen und ab dem Zeitpunkt stellte man die Kommunikation ganz ein;
Zwei Türen in der Küche waren kaputt
Schimmel auf mehreren Rauchmeldern
Bei Einzug sollte der Trockner gesäubert sein
Die Klospülung lief ständig nach
