Don’t book this place. I got there and there were stains on the bed sheets. It didn’t even smell like it was washed and the door was basically broken. My friend and I felt unsafe and didn’t end up staying there.

The place was okay, basic bed, clean sheets, tv was okay, but the place or area made me and my girl feel very uncomfortable. We could not stay relaxed, the was bunch of other people who were not giving us a good vibe. Plus the door wasn’t installed properly and u could see thru the crack.

Place was terrible and unsafe and asked for refund and never got it had to call Expedia to try and get refund please never book with them, place looked like a prison and had to share place with two other strangers and use same restroom and everything. SCAM!!! DANGEROUS!! STAY AWAY!!! This property is falsely advertised as a “comfort townhome” it is a room in a back of a house in an extremely BAD neighborhood with barred windows, broken down cars littering the streets and fronts of houses, we were approached by people in the streets when we pulled up. Exact location has a D- grade for highest crime rates and safety. Multiple reports of break ins. Host refuses to answer. Had to leave immediately.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT stay here! Neighborhood is rough (don't get mugged), rats in yard, messy, noisy, homeless hanging out! Nice bedroom photo, but outside is SO unsafe. Thin walls/windows, no protection to what's outside. Place has no receptionist, no front desk, it's a converted old home in a random neighborhood. Owner never replies to messages, it's not worth the low price! Avoid at all costs! I don't have high standards, but this one is ridiculous.
