Staff was not helpful, laundry was lacking, only 2 towels in shower, the hotel did not smell fresh and clean like the other Laquinta hotels we always stay at. We will be going to a higher end hotel with food options, the breakfast options were terrible ! We heard multiple people complaining too. Our key cards took several times of inserting to gain access.

Hate the concept of sinks outside bathroom; completely unsanitary. Right under MI flights, so noisy for hours on end. Provides breakfast was waffles and not much else. Would not stay here again.

I found hair in my bed, on the floor and grosser ones in the shower. I wish it was cleaner and the tub and furniture looked rough. Bed was fine and staff were friendly. I only stayed because there wasnt much left to choose from.

Waited over an hour for airport shuttle. First night the air conditioner kept kicking on/off every 40 seconds and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. When asking the front desk to move us, the reply was that it’s an electrical transformer issue from a neighboring hotel that’s causing it. So night 2 was the same and once again asked because we couldn’t sleep but no other rooms, no offer of other hotel close by, etc.

The room was disgusting. It smelled really bad. The wash cloth and towels were dirty and stained. The shower and tub was filthy. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. I went to the front desk to complain and get clean towel. The towels he gave me was still dirty and stained and they never sent anyone to look over thecroom

Buen hotel, muy bien ubicado si se quiere viajar temprano en la mañana. Si se busca playa, no es la mejor opción. Limpio, agradable, buena hyabitación y a pesar de estar en frente del aeropuerto, muy silencioso. Muy buena opción.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt inclined to do so after this visit. Dingy, rundown, unkempt, and disrepair are the words that come to mind. I pretty much just paid for a bed. No hot water at all, so if you like cold showers you are in luck. The room, although clean, certainly didn’t feel that way. TV does not work correctly. Woke up to no power. Couldnt use the elevators so had to walk down from the 3rd floor. Just an overall horrible stay. Don’t waste your money.

This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The price was outrageous for what it was. The room was filthy, the furniture was falling apart. The tub and shower had hair all over. We asked them to come clean and they didn’t. There was no fridge or microwave. The breakfast area was so dirty we couldn’t eat in it.
