Room had issues. We addressed to staff but, got ignored. The hotel has great amenities and can do well if they would comply with our complaints
Fridge didn’t work and had damage

Tv not working . 2 towels in the bedroom for 3 adults air conditioner was not working. Bathtub was dirty and I got bit by bugs while sleeping. Room was very dirty.

I paid for a king size bed, I was given to queen size beds. The air conditioning wasn’t working in the room when I requested the room that I paid for they said they had none available. I had to argue at the front desk for them to switch my room to a king size room when I got that room it wasn’t clean. I had to cockroaches in the bathroom. I had just gotten in surgery so I needed the recliner to work the recliner was broken. worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was clean and easily accessible to the airport. Biggest downfall is there are no restaurants close by. You must Uber everywhere And the prices sky rocket during the 3pm-7pm timeframe

Never Again

No phones in rooms, told system was being switched out. But no phones. No wash clothes. No knowledge of area,eating and shopping places. Front desk didn't show professionalism at all, no one spoke proper english. Toilets in rooms sit very low, chair in room in bad shape, TV super small, holes in desk and walls, lamps leaning, tub&shower was yellowish, not white. No we didn't get in the tub. Beds were not comfortable at all. We only stayed 1night. The shuttle service is a joke, drivier never came in to check for passengers. We were almost late getting to airport, had to call Lyft. Front desk didn't have contact number for driver to tell him come back. The hotel needs to be shutdown remodeled, Staff needs to be properly trained. This was just 8/31/2025 Y'all have got to do better, no will never book this one again.

Le hace falta una remodelación. El desayuno no tiene mucha opción, en resumen es malo. El comedor es pequeño. Este hotel no tiene nada cerca. Lo positivo: la habitación es cómoda y limpia. El Matress un poco duro, pero en general para una sola noche está bien.

The room wasn’t ready on time,AC was leaking water and took me 3 tries to get my room change door key works one minute next minute doesn’t no hands tower no wash clothes the sink is outside the bathroom and the tub looks like it was leaking and they fixed it with dark glue very ugly and uncomfortable.never again no more.
