Room had issues. We addressed to staff but, got ignored. The hotel has great amenities and can do well if they would comply with our complaints

The bed was uncomfortable when we checked into a room the bedsheets were dirty. They were stained with blood. The curtains in the room had blood stains. The floor was broken in several areas. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent toilet was hard to flush. They only gave us two bath towels. The overall room was dirty. I would not recommend this for anyone to stay at really really ghetto.

The shuttle was fine. Room was nasty I complained and got lied to my 2 staff members and got the run around on the phone trying to complain.

Did not like anything about this hotel unprofessional staff unwilling to help. All they say is no refund so that after you pay you have to obey to their rules and regulation like you don’t deserve better when you are paying your stay to feel safe and comfortable. Very ugly place to stay. Very dark entrance no lights in parking unsafe room doors anybody can open it just by pushing it. My suggestion if you are paying and spending your money to enjoy keep looking there are other hotel near by for a better price and your stay will be very comfortable Do not spend your money here!!!

The hotel is average. It needs a serious upgrade. There was no refrigerator. The room had two bath towels and one hand towel. We had reserved for three people. There was no hand soap. We were provided with the supplies at the front desk. It seems they put out the bare minimum. Also had to have the keys replaced a couple of times because one of the two never worked. We made do with what we had.

The hotel was in a nice location. We waited forever for the shuttle and each time we called, we were told off by a very rude front desk person who kept saying have patience. The breakfast was not appealing at all. I didn't bother to eat when I saw it. The place was clean . Would recommend only if you are on a tight budget and looking for somewhere to stay one night.

Very Disappointing Stay – No Towels to Shower With at LaQuinta Miami I stayed at the LaQuinta Hotel in Miami and had one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After flying into Miami, driving around the city, going on a Celebrity Cruise, I came back to my room completely exhausted and just wanted to take a shower and relax. To my surprise, there were no towels in the room suitable for showering or washing my face. I called the front desk multiple times, and each time they said, “We’re bringing towels.” Hours went by, and when someone finally brought them, they turned out to be large bath mats, not actual towels. At that point, I had no choice but to drive to Walmart and buy my own towels just to take a shower. That is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one carrying the LaQuinta name. Guests should never have to spend extra money and time buying basic essentials that every hotel should provide. After spending money on a room, traveling all day, and trusting a well-known hotel brand, this was the last thing I expected. The customer service was unhelpful, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about the inconvenience at all. I even included pictures showing the towel I had to use compared to the ones I bought from Walmart. This was a huge disappointment and something I’d never expect from a major hotel chain. LaQuinta needs to do better — make sure rooms are properly stocked and that guests are treated with care Would not recommend this loc
