The James is the only hotel in South Beach I know of that offers free parking included. That, free coffee and doughnuts will always keep me staying there. The a/c was perfect and excellent water pressure in the shower.

AC was perfect, it has free parking if you drive. For the price it was good place but the elevator was so old and slow. The staff were amazing and room was cleaned every day. The water pressure is not great but expected for such old place

This hotel is in a great location. Rooms are clean but no frills. Mattresses seemed old and in need to replacement. Best thing about the hotel is free on site parking.
