An 880 sq ft one-bedroom on the 17th floor of Icon Brickell, with floor-to-ceiling windows on the Miami River and the Brickell skyline. A king bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed and a floor mattress for up to four guests, a full kitchen with an island, a bathroom with a tub and a glass shower, and a washer and dryer. The building has a pool deck on the bay, a spa and a large gym. Walk to Brickell City Centre and the Riverwalk.



The Space:

880 sq ft, one bedroom, one bathroom, 17th floor, sleeps 4.



Bedroom: king bed, TV and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Living room: sofa bed, a floor mattress and TV, open to the dining table and the kitchen.

Kitchen: fully equipped, with an island and a botanical accent wall.

Bathroom: double vanity, bathtub and a glass shower.

Washer and dryer in the unit, wifi.

A furnished balcony on the river and the skyline (see Other things to note for the building's facade work).



The building offers a long pool deck, a spa with hot tubs and a fitness center on the 15th floor amenity level.



Guest Access:

Check-in at the building's front desk. Please share your estimated arrival time.



Before arrival, please upload a government-issued ID for the primary guest. Building amenities (pool, spa, gym) require a pass per adult: this 1-bedroom unit receives up to 2 adult passes, picked up from the amenity staff daily between 9 AM and 5 PM. Minors do not need a pass.



Your key fob opens your floor and the amenity floors.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell is Miami's financial district and one of its liveliest neighborhoods. From the building you can walk to Brickell City Centre and its shops and restaurants, Mary Brickell Village, Whole Foods (2 blocks away), the Miami Riverwalk and Brickell Key. Bayfront Park and the Pérez Art Museum are a short ride north.



Getting Around:

Brickell is very walkable. The free Metromover loops through Brickell and Downtown, and Uber and Lyft are available everywhere. Parking in Brickell is limited and expensive, so most guests do not need a car.



Other Things to Note:

Building facade work, October 2026 to August 2027: Icon Brickell is renovating its exterior floor by floor, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work in the evening or on weekends.



Where this unit stands today (late October 2026): protective netting hangs on the outside of the building and may partly obstruct the view. The balcony is still open, with its furniture. The building plans to close it at some point in November 2026; the date is not confirmed yet. While the work is on this floor, the balcony doors stay locked and a clear protective film covers the windows.
