The options were very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the breakfast options and variety. Everything was close enough to walk to and centralized for just about anything we decided to drive out for even when crossing cities. Wpuld definitely stay again if im in orlando!!!

The hotel itself is nice enough and the level of security is good. $25 parking per night and cleaning service only every 3 days. Only one luggage cart for a large building. The front desk attendant was very nice, but the night manager was so hostile, I bolted my door and worried about my car. People were drinking in the parking lot out of the back door of their Jeep and stared at me while I unloaded my luggage. Overall, there are a few nice people working here, but I can't recommend it. I've never had a hotel manager scare me like that, and the additional parking charge is too high. Next year it will be $50 per night and room service once per week. That is the new style of hotel management, and I can't say that I like this trend. Also, be aware that the surrounding roads are rough and difficult to navigate, even for a Miami native.

I want to start off with there is no free parkjng at this hotel. It is $25 a night even when booking a room . Not being able to walk in the establishment was also a pain , you are supposed to ring a bell and they are supposed to buzz you in . There were several instances where we were stuck sitting outside the door till someone else came out. Quite inconvenient. The room was subpar. The TVs hadn't worked in days we were told. Breakfast was bland and boring and not enough .
