The stuff was very nice. Unfortunately the rooftop was always closed. ( that was the reason I booked this hotel.) Also the hotel bar closed at 9pm. I would not recommend it unless you are on a business trip.

Staff were a little distant - helpful when asked but not pro-active. Great room and the pool on the top floor is fantastic. Certainly good value for money. Location pretty good, too.

Spacious hotel rooms, big bathroom, sofa’s, tables, bed, bathroom things were all in great condition. However, the room just looked a bit used. It wasn’t sparkling clean with parts of the floor being chipped away, a fairly significant amount of dirt/dust lying around that hadn’t been vacuumed, wall paint was peeling off/missing. Once I came to terms with the above we had a great stay, but it’s by no means 5 stars, even 4 may be pushing it. Work to be done. Restaurant on floor two was awesome.

It is a really nice hotel and the staff interactions were great. I did experience a lot of noise disturbance with people slamming their doors. Also, it would be great to have the balcony light optional. I have an astigmatism and having that light on makes it harder to see. I have clearer vision when there is not an additional light around me, blending with all the city lights. I would have enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony later, especially with the 19 floor closing at 8pm.

We returned almost midnight to find that the door lock is broken and we cant access the room, we had to wait for almost one hour for them to try to open the door the old fasion way. They told me they wilk be at 8:00 am to fix the door. I wake up at 7:45, no one showed up, i called them at 8:45, they said they are waiting on me to wake up, they showeed up around 9:00. We waited until they finish. At the time of check out they told me they will remove the hotel fee of $40 per night for 4 nights i was checking the credit, I found out this is not the case.
