Nothing the hotel could help but all should know the outer rooms border the street and highway very closely and it sounded like a continuous racetrack with multiple motorcycles till 3am.

Didn't receive the accessibility type room requested at first. Had to ask for it again after 1st room. Accessibility room was an inconvenience due to long way to first floor elevator location. Cindi of front desk staff was wonderfully helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Cruise shuttle reasonably priced but was 20 minutes late which didn't prove to be a problem for us.

The hotel overall was not clean. The carpets were stained and filthy. There was no room service provided not even our trash picked up or fresh towels. No amenities three dollars for a bottle of water seemed unacceptable. The website pictures were very misrepresentative of the actual accommodations.

Our experience was pretty good overall no complaints with the bedding, bathroom or things in the room. The only thing I would say is that their parking is crazy expensive but they don't really have the correct parking prices posted online.
