The location is wonderful. They give you shampoo conditioner, and body wash as well as all the towels you want they let us store our stuff in the closet while we waited to check in and on our last day, they manager called to check check-in and give us a late checkout. Really amazing for the price.

The trolley bus stops almost outside which provides a free service along Washington Avenue if you want to explore more of the South Beach area. The location of this hotel was top notch being within a 10 min walk to main miami beach and South pointe Park. Art deco district and smaller convenience stores are all within walking distance.The staff were quick to repond and incredibly friendly. The hotel was easy to check in and check out. Parking is located within 2 block walk and can be reserved ahead of time with staff. If you're looking for a no frills and convenient hotel at an affordable price this is the place to go in Miami Beach.

We stayed at Hotel St Augustine for a week. The room was exactly as the pictures. Very clean, cosy. The hotel is in a quiet area, close to the beach (6 to 7 min walk) and some little nice coffee/brunch. You have a free trolley stop just up front the hotel to go everywhere to visit. Staff is really nice and helpfull ;-)
