In terms of customer service I have travelled a lot and never seen anything like this. The team are very responsive and reactive always ensuring that everything is taken care of. They go above and beyond and if there is any issues they are very quick to respond and solve these issues. It’s very refreshing to stay somewhere like this where you are treated like a real guest like it used it be back in the days. If I am ever in Miami again I would only stay here!

I stayed for one week in a superior king on the second floor. The room was clean and spacious, and the a/c kept the room cool and comfortable. I did not use the sauna feature in the shower because the controls scared me, but there was always plenty of hot water. I appreciate that the hotel management accommodated me by allowing me to store my luggage before check-in. They were also good about checking in to see if all was going well and responded to me very quickly via WhatsApp. I also really well all week. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. I would stay again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Saint Augustine Hotel in South Beach. It’s a cute, quaint boutique hotel with a nice, relaxed feel. The self-service check-in was easy, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we liked having a seating area in the lobby plus a spot to sit and eat if we brought food back. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the location is great—close enough to the South Beach action, but far enough away to feel peaceful when you want a break. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood for a good night sleep. It is located 12 blocks away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. There are excellent coffee shop around the neighborhood and not far away from Italian and South American food restaurant.

What a great find, St Augustine! Located within walking vicinity to the beach, restaurants, and the bus stop that took us to the airport! No fuss, just a nice stay with a comfy bed. Would recommend and return!

My stay at the St. Augustine Hotel in South Beach was excellent from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was the location—it’s tucked away in a quieter part of South Beach, which made a huge difference when it came to getting a good night’s sleep. Despite being peaceful, it’s still completely walkable to all the main attractions, so you get the best of both worlds. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day out. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well cared for. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to accommodate anything we needed. Their level of service really elevated the stay. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and having a CVS right up the block was super convenient. I highly recommend the St. Augustine Hotel for anyone visiting South Beach. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and tranquility—and I would absolutely stay here again.
