Los empleados son amables y serviciales. Sin embargo la higiene de las habitaciones no es la mejor, el piso se sentía sucio, la alfombra ni hablar, y solo arreglaron las camas una noche de 3 que estuvimos. Para eso hubiera preferido que ni entraran a la habitación. Además éramos una familia de 5 y solo pusieron 3 toallas

Check in took a very long time. The bathroom in the lobby had stuffed toilets and no toilet paper at times. Breakfast was the same every day and the eggs and cinnamon buns were iced cold. Our keys did not work after the long check in and we had to go downstairs and get them reprogrammed. The room was nice but there was no microwave in 2026. The coffee machine at breakfast broke down and there was a very long wait with only one machine to get coffee. The hotel they try to accommodate by putting a portable urn but it was often just look warm.
