Location is good, it is not convenient, to have the lobby in the evening not open till 9PM. You have a parking lot aside you could make arrangements so we have the car right there. The public Parking is $15 in general the 20 okay but why so complicated. Every one needs parking space

I can’t say how thankful I am that we stayed at this hotel! The staff were incredible. We forgot a very important item in the room and they were quick to respond and coordinate with our courier to make sure we get it back. The staff is absolutely incredible and I am so happy that we got our item back. Five stars!!!!

Good location.

Very pleasant. hotel is close to many places and located near the bus line to downtown Miami. The tours to Key West and Everglades start from Lincoln Road, only about a block away.
