This private 3bed/3bath PH corner unit with over 2,000sf of interior space is fully furnished and fully equipped inside Key Colony's sought-after and unique Botanica hotel section (maximum flexibility). Countless amenities and pool, tennis and beach only a short walk away. The large terrace with amazing panoramic tree top and sunset views, is ideal for entertaining or for soaking up the rays.
The space
The breakdown of the beds is as follows: Master offers queen sized bed. Second bedroom with queen sized bed as well, and finally the third bedroom contains two twin beds.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned condo. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a bidet. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

We really enjoyed this property. The location is superb and everything as advertised. The outside space is really nice and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen has a great layout and well stocked. Check in instructions were super clear. I appreciated the friendliness and great communication. I highly recommend this condo. Eduardo is a great host!

Wonderful stay

The condo was perfect for our extended family vacation. It was super spacious, well stocked with kitchen gadgets, towels, beach toys, and perfectly located for a great vacation in Key Biscayne. We enjoyed the pool and beach on site, though it was a bit difficult to get to the beach due to construction on the condo grounds. The on-property mini grocery store was a wonderful feature, and the condo’s location near numerous restaurants and parks meant we didn’t have to venture far. There was a slight hiccup with getting into the property, and a description of property amenities / a guide to the condo would have been helpful, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely visit again!

Beautiful!

This unit is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay here. Communication was easy. It was clean with a very well equipped kitchen. There were also books for the kids, a wagon to haul everything to the pool, and plenty of pool towels. And the roof deck was a really nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Great family stay in KB

Beautiful, spacious unit in the Key Colony development. Awesome large patio, very well appointed and easy check-in/out. Key colony has all the amenities for a great family vacation. We had a great stay over the holidays with our 3 and 1 year old. Eduardo was great to communicate with and made everything easy.
