The room is not as advertised. Everything is broken in the room, ceilings peeling, even the toilet paper holder came off smh. The sheets were dirty and it was difficult to get help, you just get bounced around. “Luxury”? Nope.

All of the above went terrible The only thing that was good was the view. From the staff to the room, the experience was not good. I spent three hours trying to get help they all ignored me and they kept passing me around saying that this person was gonna help you and they wouldn’t do nothing and just ignore the question. they were aggravated for no reason do not waste your money. The room is not like the pictures is dirty very extremely dirty. Even the bedsheets now me and my family are gonna have to sleep on dirty bedsheets, cause nobody would care to take care of us or even help us or listen to what we had to say. If you want a place that is dirty in that has poor customer service and you wanna waste your money by all means go here I am not the type of person to leave a review like this but what they did is extremely unacceptable. I am paying for this experience and all we got was trauma. My point is don’t go here.

Our stay at the Monte Carlo was truly exceptional. The suite perfectly matched the photos — stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The view was stunning: half overlooking the ocean and half capturing the Miami skyline, creating the perfect mix of relaxation and city energy. Everything was top-tier, from comfort to amenities, and we felt completely at home. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would happily return.

The staff was ok. The room was ok. But compared to the Dharma by Monte Carlo. It lacked small things. We got cheap k- cups compared to Lavazza Coffee, there were no cleaning products, trash bags, etc. The rug was dirty(probably vaccuumed but dirty). It did not include the valet parking. Again, this is compared to the Dharma. Same location but I guess different management companies.

Room had black mold growing all over the ceiling, especially where the main vent for the a/c was. Bed room looked clean walking in until you saw the black mold stained headboards and tainted pillows. 3 out of 4 pillows were either blacked with mold or yellow. Never again
