The room is not as advertised. Everything is broken in the room, ceilings peeling, even the toilet paper holder came off smh. The sheets were dirty and it was difficult to get help, you just get bounced around. “Luxury”? Nope.

The reason for the low stars was because of the room itself. It was not very clean and looked like it had just been painted over with several coats of paint every time something had been damaged. There was mold on the ceilings and it smelled of mildew. The drawers were full of unknown particles and I didn't even want to put my clothes in them. There was a good layer of dirt build up on all of the trim. Around the shower area and around the toilet was red mold and the last guests hair! The fronts of all the appliances had fingerprints and marks. Several unfixed holes in the walls too. It just didn't look like it had had a deep clean in quite some time. The common areas however, were beautiful, we really enjoyed the 5th floor pool and hot tub with the ocean views.
