They should upgrade the flooring in the main lobby, gave me a bad first impression as it looked cheap. Once you pass the lobby the building is very nice, the apto we were in was spacious and well decorated with a tropical chic flair. The pool area is gorgeous and very well maintained

I had a studio for a weekend here in Miami because it was close to the Diplo run club at biscayne park. Easy 5 minute walk to Kaseya center also. I did not like having a fob for my room key but it’s required for the access to the hotel the elevator and your room. The concierge is a college kid with a laptop so don’t expect much there for hell with t he neighborhood. There was tons of construction so it was hard to sleep past 8am. The fitness center is awesome if you’re looking to workout. My room was clean and safe. No actual cable on the tv but I logged in with my Netflix account to watch something. The trim also had a espresso machine which was nice. Now I want one! Down side was there was no actual drawers to put away clothes but having a washer and dryer in the room was perfect since I had workout gear to clean. Overall I would recommend this spot if you need something convenient and clean. The immediate area has a Starbucks, a few restaurants and bars but anything in south beach is a quick uber rider for 15 bucks usually. Wynwood is t far which is a very hip area to check out. Really enjoyed my stay overall.

This is not worth the price. The apartment is basic, the bedding didn't seem clean, there's nowhere to park unless you pay $65 a night, and they'll charge you $45 for the resort fee at check-out. I would never go back there.

Overall, Flow is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms and a helpful, friendly staff. However, be aware that noise can be an issue. We had a room facing the pool, and one night a loud party kept us up past 10 PM. It took three calls to the front desk over the course of an hour before the situation was finally resolved. I realize Miami has a party atmosphere, so this may not be unique to this hotel, but it is something to consider if you are looking for an exceptionally quiet stay. Also, there are a lot of dogs on the property—worth noting depending on how you feel about pets!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent, it was clean and modern with all the equipment you would expect. Rooftop pool area looked amazing. Would definitely use this hotel brand in the future. Nice job Flow!

Prior to arrival, I called twice requesting early check in and left messages but did not receive a return call. We arrived about two hours early and understood we would need to wait until the 4 PM check in time. Because the unit was not available early, we had to leave the property and find places to sit and dine while waiting. The unit was ready at 4 PM. During the stay, multiple issues affected our experience. One shower did not work, and there were cleanliness concerns, including debris under the couch and under the kitchen sink. After walking barefoot in the unit and common areas, our feet were extremely dirty within a short time. We requested early check in and later requested a late checkout due to a late evening flight. Neither request was honored. A 3 PM checkout was initially communicated and later reversed by management, creating confusion. Several paid and advertised amenities were not provided. Breakfast for two was not delivered. The pool was not heated and had no towels, staff, food service, cabanas, lifeguard, or entertainment, making it unusable. There were no phones in the unit or common areas. Staff communicated using personal cell phones, requiring guests to use their own phones for all contact. While staff were polite and attempted to help, they appeared to have limited guidance after business hours. Due to unmet services, cleanliness issues, and communication gaps, the stay did not match the booking terms. I respectfully request a refund.
