The only things bother me during the stay are 1) noises, especially when we got there the first night it was Halloween so literally noises till late midnight 2) pillow and bed are too soft, but this really my personal preferences 3)

I was so excited to stay at EAST Miami — the photos looked stunning and I was really looking forward to a luxury experience. I paid about $1,600 for 4 nights, expecting everything to be up to par for a high-end hotel. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the first room had several issues visible stains on the couch and floor, along with thick stains of odd substances. I brought it up with the front desk and they did move me to another room, which I appreciate, but even the new room still wasn’t up to the standard I expected for what I paid. I didn’t want to keep complaining during my vacation, so I just made the best of it. The location and views were beautiful, but for the price, the room quality should have matched. I really hope management takes better care of the details. Guests shouldn’t have to settle when they’re paying for a luxury stay.
