The rooms are so dated and dirty , toilet not flushing , staff very rude- they put us next to a band playing with their open doors and when we complained, they asked us to checkout if that is inconvenient.

I was taking a quick trip to Miami to shop, a part of this was obtaining packages. Prior to booking the hotel. I called to check whether the hotel accepts packages and whether there would be any further charges to accept charges, to which they confirmed there wouldnt be. Since it was a quick trip, I decided to book. So the hotel doesnt charge to take packages, however apparently there is a UPS right next door that packages often gets re routed too, and they charge $10 per package, no matter the size!!! As amazon sends orders in multiple packages, I had to pay over $150 per packages. Had i known this I wouldve just paid more money for a better hotel that wouldnt have charged. The UPS also stated that they have told the hotel to mention this to guests multiple times. In addition, the UPS opens at 9 (ish), and as a result I had to change my 10 am flight to later in the day to be able to get my packages. Additionally, hotel is definitely not 8 mins away from Dolphin Mall. Room itself was ok, couldve been cleaner. Main areas could definitely do with some vacuuming and deep clean. I know I booked a budget trip, but this was overall disappointing for the reasons I described above, particularly as I called in advance to enquire.

Rooms and Facilities was great, staff was friendly and helpful. I however I found this hotel to lack transparency on how they handle packages that are shipped to the location. I shipped a package to the hotel but it was delivered to the UPS Store which is connected to the hotel, I was led to believe this was an error on my shippers part. I was only staying 1 night and I had to change my flight the next day as the UPS store opens at 9am. The policy UPS told me is the first 2 packages are free, US$10.00 for every package after, there were 4 other persons in a similar situation like me, we were not happy. The whole thing felt like a scam to me. Won't return to this hotel. They should include this as a policy on Expedia.

Hello, the line to check in was very long, only one front desk person also the parking situation at that hotel is very sketchy, no self parking available or the self parking was $18 per night and the Valet parking was $20 per night. I felt force to get the valet. Anyway overall was ok but I didn’t like that.
